If the dr said wait 3 days to get a semen sample, but you had sex yesterday Tuesday,?

and the sample is due on Friday, will that affect the test results?

It will be fine. Tuesday to Wednesday is one day; Wednesday to Thursday is two days and Thursday to Friday is three days.

I would tell the doc what happened and take the sample in on Monday, otherwise it may give a negative result and cause allot of anxiety when the results come in.
