I sleep in a nightshirt. It can either be a real nightie or an oversized t-shirt. I wear long sleeves in winter, and it has to come down to just above my knees, any longer and it rides up on my legs (which is why I don't wear pj's) any shorter and I'm cold. I summer I wear short sleeves, but again the same length.
