Yes I would tell them what my prayer request was. I might say something like this. Please pray for my son who is mentally ill and has not contacted his family. I would probably ask people to pray for families that are suffering a great loss, and pain from losing loved ones. Finally I would ask that God would guide each of us in the way that we should go that we would be a wittiness and a testimony to all those we come in contact with. That's just if I were to ask a person to pray for me.
Reading between the lines is quit an extraordinary thing isn't it? LOL
