What could this be?

I have no idea whats wrong with me.. maybe you know
heres whats going on:
I am leaking:urine real bad. I use to wear 4-5 pantiliners a day and now I am wearing super pad several times a day.
it smells really bad. i take 2 showers a day hoping it will not smell as bad but it does
I have to pee about ten times a day and am up at least 3 times in the middle of the night to go the bathroom
it doesnt burn when I pee
i just got a pap about a month ago and I checked out fine so its not an std
what could it be.

You are experiencing urinary incontinence and need to see a doctor. There are many causes and no way of pinpointing the cause without an exam and some testing.

For example, if you have had children, it could be that your bladder has "dropped" because your muscles can no longer support it.

You could have a urinary tract infection but don't have all the symptoms yet (such as pain on urination). Vaginal infections can also sometimes cause urinary problems.

The bladder nerves may not be functioning properly.

Please see a doctor to get to the bottom of the cause of your problem. This requires attention.

You didn't mention if you're also thirsty a lot, but excessive urination could be a sign of diabetes.
