Hmmmm.....I'm not really a big fan of KFC, so I'll have to say Taco Bell, but I'd hope that there is a latrine on the deserted island :)! This past summer, I ate at Taco Bell, and when I got home, the first chair I sat on was the toilet!

Seeing as how in our area we've got the three-way combo restaurant of Taco Bell/KFC/Pizza Hut, I would choose a little of each, although the last time we ate Taco Bell, we spent a good part of the next morning on the toilet.
