Hello, ladyred! It is impossible to give you much in the way of specific examples without knowing your line of work. If you want an official list, IRS Publication 535 (linked below) gives a detailed explanation of which business expenses can be deducted on Schedule C.

It depends on what business you're in, so isn't possible to give you specific examples. But pretty much any reasonable and necessary expenses to make the money you're making can be deducted.

Whatever your reasonable and necessary business expenses were. No more and no less. You should have complete records of them. If you don't, you get NO deduction for the business expenses, by the way!

any expense associated with producing the income is a deduction.
So,, a carpenter could deduct the cost of a hammer,, but not the cost of a hay baler.

Mileage, supplies, interest payment portion of your house used for business, repairs on vehicle, toll, parking fees, entertainment expense, money spend to secure contract, eg mail, travel, etc. Basically every cost that is related to your when securing and performing service contracts.
