Breast implant surgery is very safe nowadays. My cousin got her breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift surgery in India by the company called Forerunners Healthcare .The Price for the surgery she paid in India was very less. She paid 30% of the cost she was quoted in America.
Forerunners Healthcare is very famous in India. They arrange cosmetic and plastic surgery for foreigners in India. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery abroad for low price, as the breast reduction, tummy tuck, facelift and other cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

Hope this helps.

It depends a lot on your frame. If you have a small frame, you may not want to go larger than a full B cup. Otherwise you will look disproprotioned. If you have a medium to large frame you could go up to a C cup. Anything larger and you will have back problems. Trust me! I know a lot more people who have had breast reductions than breast inplants.
When you go in for a consultation you will have a chance to "try on" different sizes in special stuffed bras. Even a little bit can make a difference. Consider all your options and be sure to go to a reputable surgeon. Know all your options and make sure you are making the right decision.
If you want them to help you feel better about yourself, try to feel better about yourself first, then get them. Surgery is very extreme and if you are not careful you will never be happy with the way you look. That is why people get addicted to plastic surgery.
I wish you the best.

Really, there are many different and equally beautiful types of body.
Surgery often brings unexpected bad results. It's not like the movies. Things can go wrong, that you must live with a long time.
Will you still be able to nurse a baby? Will there be an allergic reaction? What happens if you get in an accident and damage one? Will the contents of these prosthetics disperse through your body and cause you harm?
Will your breasts be somehow different in texture from living tissue, and seem weird to your boyfriend? What happens when you get older, or if you gain or lose weight? - will they be two alien rocks standing out in your otherwise softer surrounding flesh?
If your breasts are our of proportion with the rest of your God-given body type, then you will look odd. Make sure you really want this. Maybe surgery is not the path to self-esteem. Ask Michael Jackson.

Look at pictures online of celebrities or other people's after surgery shots and print them out and show your plastic surgeon you would like to be that size. Make sure you pick someone whose frame is the same as yours so you know somewhat what they would look like on your frame.
Also, I would not recommend going over a large C cup. Anything bigger is asking for back pain.
What size are you now? Guys like all sizes and shapes, and most of the guys I talk to like real breasts, no matter how real the fake ones look.

The guide to use for the desired size of breast implants is by consideration of your own natural size. Upon the free consultation, the surgeon usually measure you. Ask him to show you different sizes of breast implants. You may even insert them in your bra and look at the mirror for the desired effect. This is possible with silicone implants.
I have breast implants done with my abdominal tuck. I chose 34C; because I was already size 34B. However, post surgery, I went to Victoria Secret . I tried to buy new bras for my newly enhanced look. After measurement and trials of different sizes. I discovered mine are 36C; and I could even put on size 38B depending on the manufacturer's brand.
Because, my implants are saline. Silicone is associated with cancer. Balloons are put in and the amt of saline to pump up the balloons are estimated and discussed. Initially, I wanted between 350-360cc. the surgeon suggested 360 cc for the left breast and about 370 cc for the right breast. There is a minute difference in the sizes between the two breasts.
However after talking to the surgical coordinator, she informed me that , a number of ladies always regret that they should have gone bigger. I discovered that a lot of ladies later on, go for another surgery to make them bigger.
It's more difficult to go for reduction as there would be a lot of extra pectoral chest muscles to contend with. So I vascillated and decided with the surgeon to go for 400cc. that's was a decision. and I'm very satisfied with the results.
i have had a lot of compliments from them esp from my present husband who enjoy them immensely. I met him after my surgery.
There are very few side effects from the surgery. Initially, there wasa lot of post-op pains because of the expansion. And you can not lift or reach with your arms.I felt they were cumbersome and in the way esp when i try to find a comfortable position for sleeping without squashing me. Eventually, all that went away after about 5 months. Now, they felt very natural and a part of me.
The surgeon used the armpit approach and there are no visible scars.
You'll be tremendously pleased with the results. Just don't go for the unrealistic humongous size that might cause a lot of discomfort.

Don't get breast implants, if you have low self esteem and you think this is the only way to feel better about yourself.0 Only get them, if you have high-self esteem . You should get a size more then you have

Do not go to a D cup, you will look totally out of proportion. I would say 34 C or 36 C, try on bras in those sizes and put your shirt over top and see if the size looks good with your body.

Well it depends on what cup size you are now, what size you are in shirts, and how natural you want the implants to look.

any good doc who specializes in breast implants will have "dummy" sacs (the sacs that are filled with saline) that will allow you to see how you would look or he can computer generate your pic to show you but a good one no matter what should work with you in making your decision.you should do some homework yourself and check his credentials and maybe ask some other patients their opinion on his work ethics and what they think of their overall experience

A small to medium C is a nice, average size. Anything bigger and it could look misproportionate or just plain fake.
