How can you describe how EMO's act?

Ok, well we'll start off with emo hair:
Bangs long and swept to one side (usually right)
Clothing: Basically anything from hot topic, lots of black. Converse black high tops are big with emo's too.
How they Act: Smug, often walk with their head hung low and hands in thier pockets, they think everyone that isn't emo is less-than themselves. They usually hang out with other emo's aswell.

Emo is a stereotype and like most stereotypes is ofter based on apperance. With your stories however that would just be a quirk. The only thin remotely Emo about you is the stories and your emotions. Expressing your emotions is healthy instead of how stereotypical Emos usually act in the forms of self harm. So no i dont think you are Emo however you may have darker tendensies than othes that would enable you to be more inclined as a horror writer than a romance novelist. As for emotions everyone expresses themselves differently so there is no way to label you without actually knowing the person you are. Hope that helps.

This could just be a misunderstanding of mine, but I get the impression 'emo' types are rather judgmental, yet passive about it. I think the whole emo tying as silly melodrama. I like indy/bohemian styles; I think emo is a big self-grandiose, though.

they just dont feel right and they dont think that there life is good so in order to let out that pain they cut for adrenaline rush mostly its also cause they are emotional and they dont have to listen to wimpy music and b retarted garsh u guys its just because they feel like the world is against them i mean if uve even been rlly sad B4 thats pretty much how they feel 24/7...........................it depends on how bad it is some ppl are the same and secretly emo some ppl let the world no and someppl are gothic and are weird but its not like there clones they all act diferently.....

An EMOtional person, is what an emo is. They wear skinny black or other dark colored clothes (pants, tops, shirts..etc), listen to rock, emo, scream, heavy metal music... Express our self by drawing, painting, writing poems and songs. Very soulful people. Cut themselves to get attention and writes suicide notes.

emos dont act depressed all the time and not just cut themselves. its about the music, 'emotive hardcore music'. they dont always wear black and they dont 'hate' everyone. they simply be themselves, if that happens to be really shy then so be it.
