You seem to be into what everyone goes through. Depression, by most people's definition, is very common. If it is clinical depression, get help! See a councilor or a doctor and counselor to get medication to help you not just cope, but to solve the problem.
Real clinical depression is often caused by anger turned inward. This could be the helplessness you are feeling i your stress.
Honestly, exercise is a great way to raise the positive endorphins and raise your spirit.
Lastly, look at your stressful situation and break it down into little bits. Choose the smallest bit and solve it. Then move on to the next. This will give you a sense of being more in control.
I do wish you the best.

Spend some time at home watch some T.V. or movies you like try to forget about whats happening around you. Take a bath with bubbles. Writeing sometimes helps too. Exersizeing make you feel good too if your stress involes your looks. If the depression is longterm go to the doctor and ask about cymbolta it works real good.

Depression affects many people, if not all. I took up oil painting on canvas to get me through a difficult time. I use acyrlics..dries faster than oil. Try a hobby, or even foods that will help. Oranges and calming teas. Eat bananas to get plenty of potassium. When you know you're combatting it, it will make you feel better also. Keep your mind OFF your problems and think BRIGHT thoughts. I'll be rooting for you.

Join the club. This year seems strangely different. The stuff on the news, Your Friends quirks bug you more. There's just too much weird stuff going on. I have the feeling something is going to happen that's not very good.

me too. can we cry together? sometimes, it will make you feel better. if you're overwhelmed of all of the things happening to you, please take a walk and talk to your friends what you're going through. everything will be alright. see? i'm still alive. i've survived more than you can ever imagine. life... don't let it conquer you but conquer it instead. cheer up!
