No.
But 5 of the 9 justices are Catholic.
When all Supreme Court Justices were Protestant did anyone worry that the Protestants had taken over? No.
And none of these Catholic justices were nominated by a Catholic president.
John Roberts (Chief Justice) - Catholic
Samuel Alito - Catholic
Stephen G. Breyer - Jewish
Ruth Bader Ginsburg - Jewish
Anthony M. Kennedy - Catholic
Antonin Scalia - Catholic
David H. Souter - Episcopalian
John Paul Stevens - Protestant
Clarence Thomas - Catholic

No, common sense is slowely taking back the supreme court. Show me where is says in the constitution that a woman has the right to smash the head of her baby because she decided she didn't want it after all.

No, reality did.
What was barred was a METHOD of execution, just like the Sup Court barred certain methods of execution for convicted criminals.
Except that babies in the third trimester aren't criminals.
Partial birth abortion is murder of a living human being.
The Supreme Court acknowledged this and said you can't kill an infant.

What does the religion of the justices have to do with anything? They rule based on the Constitution not on their own personal beliefs. It has happened in the past where rulings were made against one's own personal beliefs but had to be done because the Constitution says so.

there is not any such element as a "eu Pope." Upon appointment the pope will change into the commonplace bishop of the catholic church to boot because the bishop of Rome. 2d, the pope does no longer favor to excommunicate all and sundry in that regard. all those who procure or help the abortion procedure are latae excommunicae... they self get rid of their state of grace contained in the church and are proper away excommunicated.

I believe there are other religions besides Catholicism, or Christianity. I love how when a decision comes you liberals disagree with, you blame religion.
So a doctor can no longer murder a baby!!! Oh the horror!!
Why is unopposed abortion so big with you liberals, anyway?
Even if you think it a woman's "right" to choose, no right is absolute!!

I don't think that common sense is considered Catholicism. But I am just an elephant that believes they voted right. In more than one way.
