Go to the library and look at all the books, it's difficult not be inspired. Listen to music you've never listened to before. Discover that there are other parts to this world that you can explore and learn about. You don't have to like everything, just see what's out there.

Sometimes we do soooo much and then finally come to the point that you're at! No problem .... enjoy doing nothing for now but soon you'll find that it becomes boring too!

That's when you pick yourself up ... and get crackin'. Call some friends and see if their in the mood to do something that you would enjoy as well. Or just get out and take a walk. If these things don't tickle your fancy then you can always start by cleaning out your sock drawer and tell yourself that you'll do the underwear drawer next. I assure you ... once you get to that point ... you'll find something fun to do in a hurry ... 'cause who wants to be cleaning out drawers and closets anyway???!!! LOL

If however this feeling of having no desire lasts longer than a month ... talk to your doctor ... perhaps you've got some kind of chemical imbalance that he can help you with. For now though ... drink lots of water ... eat fresh fruits and vegetables and get plenty of sleep. You'll be back to normal in a jiffy!

Keeping my fingers crossed for you .... and wish you peace and enjoyment.

If you've lost all int rest in everything you used to love,
and you don't even know why then maybe you should look up
this: Bipolar Disorder
Check if you have the symptoms of it,
if so go see / talk to a Doctor about it.
If your just bored out of your mind then how about,
Read A Good Book ;
I Recommend ; Tithe - Holly Black, Puppet - Joy Fielding, Acceleration - Graham McNamee
Draw something,
Watch a good movie,
Go out somewhere with friends,
Go downtown get something to eat,
Take a walk,
Go to a party.

Just some ideas.

Go to Church, get a life. Pray, get active, go become a lifeguard, be a fireman or just turn on some heavymetal that should make you scream at lest. But if you don't wanna do anything then you've got issues mon! SERIOUSLY.

The first thing you should do is go to the library, get a "DSM" (version 4 or 4-R - whatever the laster version is) and look up ICD# 300.4, which is Dysthymic Disorder. If you have it AND it's pathological, meaning it interferes with family, friends, job, school, etc., then you should write me privately and I'll tell you what to do.

read a book about doing something different and go to bed around 8:00 or 9:00pm stop watching tv, help someone solve their problems, stop focusing on yourself and you will feel much better and then help someone the next day, keep the ball rolling do the next right thing.

Slowly rebuild your confidence. Seems as if you have taken a few punches and you are wobbling. Take a deep breathe and go back out there to win.
