There really isn't enough information to give you a good answer.

If you endup with a 3.5 -- it is unlikely that any of those schools will take you -- unless you are a resident of Michigan or Illinois, in which case you have a shot at the state school (though not at Berkeley -- and note the spelling). You will get into a good school -- just not one of those.

That being said -- there are some things that you can do. Take as many AP classes as you can -- and do well. If you do that, then you can increase your GPA. If you can bring it up significantly and do well on your SATs, then you have a shot.

Look at Princeton Review's web site. It contains statistics on students that are admitted to those schools (and others). It also has a tool where you can enter information about your background and interests. It then suggests schools that are good for you.

If you SAT scores are below 2200, then your chances are below 5 for all of those schools. I got 2 perfect scores in math and reading, but my writing score was only 720, for a total of 2320. I only read this SAT guide, and that is how I got such high scores:
