Sometimes people get attacked in shark feeding areas. Most sharks also attack pretty much anywhere if they are provoked. Surfing and highly populated swimming area are have a great amount of attacks also. Plus, a shark attack is usually not an "attack", it is more of a bite. If the sharks use a "bite, spit, and wait" therory, then it is not considered an attack.

Coastal beach areas where people go for sunbathing or beach activities. People have to be in the shark's environment for the attack to be possible

Strangely enough, you never hear about shark attacks inside your local Wal-Mart. Makes you wonder.
