No, I don't. There are other much more well known people who make worse comments about women in general- not just african american women. I don't think its fair for him to pay for something so many people do when he was just one person. I think a formal apology would have been sufficient. Besides, I think that if the basketball team didn't bring it to the medias attention most of the general public wouldnt have even noticed or thought less of those women because of it, unfortunatley thats just how our society has become, bad things are said about good people every day.

It's no longer a matter if he should be fired from his job. MSNBC first dropped him from their network because advertisers were pulling out. Also, CBS fired him on the same day. This was likely done to appease the public and to keep their public relations looking good.

yes that "joke" he said was hurtful and it was wrong. I do think that firing him was a good decision. Even though he has said alot of racist comments before why wasnt he fired before? Jokes about other races or ethnic groups always come out on t.v.,and what is being done about that? nothing.Look at Dave Chappelle,Chris Rock they are always saying white jokes that are offensive, and what has been done about that.I am hispanic and i dont think that is right making jokes on other races, religion or sexuality. Races making fun of other races or ethnic groups show that racism will never go away

He has already been fired - a few days ago. You should probably watch the news on TV or read it online - I sure hope you don't vote.

You do realize he was fired from his job last week, right? There are more important things going on in this country now which at least diverted attention away from all the crap.

He's already been dumped by MSNBC and CBS. I've listened to and watched his shows for years and although I will miss it, he had it coming. One can only go so far.
