my friend broke up with her boyfriend because he "supposedly cheated". we're not for certain. anyway.. on one of their dates awhile back they did "things" in the movies. she wants me to go to a sleepover thing where he will be because she wants to have sex with him and she thinks if im there it will stop her. im worried about her. then i got invited to see a movie with a friend and this boy who i really like and he likes me too. they are on the same night. my first friend said to go to the movies but i dont want her to do anything bad. i would rather go to the movies but i dont want her to make a mistake.. uhhhg! HELP!

Your friend is going to do whatever she wants at this 'sleepover' - with you there or not. So I suggest you take steps in your own life, at the movies with the boy you like, instead of playing nursemaid to the immaturity of your friend.

I think that you should go to the movies and if your friend really doesn't want to have sex with this guy then she won't go this the sleepover or she will be able to control herself enough to not have sex with him. So enjoy yourself at movies and I hope that you and this young man hit it off really well.

You can't stop stupid It's a condition known as being blinded by what you want and you are stupid for all the thoughts of how wonderfull your life will be when what you want happens. 9 out of 10 times things go wrong and you have to face the fact that your stupids have made a mess of things that only stupid can do.
