Romulus and Remus were not raised by wolves, they just were fed by a wolf who decided to give them milk and not let them die. A sheperd later found them and raised them.
I would not recommend you do that to your children unless you descend from a god like Mars. It was the gods who sent the wolf to nurture the children when they were abandoned on the hills.

If your question is serious, yes give your baby to a dog, it will bring your baby up, teaching him how to bark, walk in 4 feet, eat directly from the dish using his tonge, and bite strangers.
