Because if there is, I think I have it. Seriously. I've had anxiety for like- forever. It reoccurs every once in a while, and I just get mild panic attacks. So, I don't know if this is some freakish part of growing up, but lately I've been freaking out about all of existance- and about life, and about why we're here, and about God- just all the big stuff involved with life-and the more I think about it, the more bugged out I get.

What should I do?

Does anyone else have this problem? Or, has had it in the past, maybe?

Athena,
It just so happens you have diagnosed yourself correctly! I used to have LIFEAPHOBIA... well that isnt really the name.. its true name is something very long that I am afraid if I attempt to spell it I will embarrass myself! I went to the doctor for it but it actually happens to children more than adults, so it is handled at the pediatrician. I suggest you take a trip there, and ask your pediatrician for Zantex. It is this great pill that helps your disposition and prevents anxiety and panic. Good Luck!

How old are you? A lot of teens go through that. I did. Anti-anxiety medication can help if you are having regular panic attacks.

It happens to me every once in a while to me. If you think it is serious and too frequent, go to a couselor.
