Kinda both. First I feel sick, but then I realize that I'm probably not being watched, gonna get caught, etc. and the thrill comes when I get away with it.

Just the stress of feeling like your going to get caught is actually an adrenulin(sp) rush, Suddenly realizing you just got caught is a shocking sick feeling.

Unless it is s3x in a public place for thrills, then it's more of a red faced embarrassment. "why didn't you tell me someone was coming" Ahh I was coming, who could speak at a time like that?" hehehehehe Laugh, wanna do it again tommarrow? Sure!

I get sick. The thrill comes later if I don't get caught.

The thrill is fun but when I get caught and have to deal with the aftermath, I get really sick and panicky...My guilt shows.

Caught doing what? At almost 66 that would be interesting whatever it is I'm
not supposed to get caught at. : } What would the kids and grandkids say?
Oh, the humiliation.

I feel sick and wish I were in a dream. Or that I could faint... lol... seems like that would take some of the pressure off whatever it was that I did.

I hate knowing I could get caught. But I'm rarely in that situation anyway.

I think the biggest rush is just barely avoiding capture. Whether I get caught (which I haven't) or not is immaterial.
