Yes. My ladies (I'm a carer) cry their hearts out sometimes. Just before Christmas, one of my ladies lost her son. Parents don't expect to outlive their children and it was heartbreaking.

Yes, I help out with a grief support group at church. Crying is a very important part of the grieving process and we give them a place where it's ok to do.

Yes, actually I wrote a book on it and I do public speaking in schools & seminars and we all have a good cry. Picture it, a room full of blubbering men hugging and sobbing..women on the floor in tears and children wailing away.

Yep. I love it when they`re crying, i say
" that`s right, go on, get it all out, keep on, you`re doing well, keep crying it`s good for you, you`ll feel better tomorrow - don`t stop now , you`re doin so well !! that`s right you really go for it - harder, you need to reeally make some noise about this if you want it to go away. Oh god you are soooo brave !"
They fall for it every time.................

Yeah in different ways.
I helped one cry by crying about the same thing they were.
And I helped another cry by participating in jumping her.
Either way, tears were madly bled. Oops, I meant "shed"

Yeah but I'm wondering if you mean comforting and encouraging them to let it out, or being mean and making them cry! LOL
