MOST guys have an issue with it. However, if the guy provides enough to care for a family, he shouldn't be worried about it and just look at it as extra blessings.
My fiance makes more than I do, but I make pretty decent money, so you won't see me complaining.
Truthfully, though, her position of power does sometimes intimidate me when it comes to work habits though. It doesn't create a problem really, but it does keep me honest.

I think you can say it's 50-50, and depend on the job that most men have. Before I got married I've dated 3 nice gentlemen, 2 of them were in the navy just like me and being an officer in the military sure will make more than others. But we never really talk about money cause it's only material things, but the other one that I've dated was a businessman but didn't know that he have a low selfesteem, and that was the coast of the breakup. I didn't know that he have to be on top of everything esp. when it comes to who made more money.
But now a days us women are going some place and it doesn't really matter if we make more or not towards men.

I actually work and my husband stays at home and takes care of the children. even though he made this choice it has become a big issue between us. he states now after four years that he does not feel like a man because he cannot buy things for me. even though i do give him money.i think with men that it is a big issue because they measure success by how much money and how much wealth the accumulate.

Wouldn't initimate me at all. I am trying to get a response from a 4'8" cosmopologist who makes$300,000 year ! I would love to find a rich girl ! One of my friends told me she knows a girlfriend of hers who can't find dates she is 6' tall and a doctor. Immediately I said I could help and would be willing to give the doctor a chance! My friend Gia laughed and told me no that is ok. I am only 5'4" and would love to find a tall rich doctor to shack up with.

It depends on the man. If the man is old fashioned in his beliefs then yes, he needs to feel like the number one supporter. A man that is more modern in his beliefs may think that it is great as long as your family if financially secure.

It think it depends on the man and how his self esteem is. I have ALWAYS made more money than my hubby, even before we married. It didn't bother him enough to not marry me. He always jokes that he's gonna become a stay at home dad one of these days! He still likes to treat me and take me out, and I'm always willing to let him. It makes him happy.

I'm sure some do, just as some don't.
However I don't have a problem with a woman making more money than me, in fact I would welcome it.
