I don't know why it's illegal, the govt. is missing out on millions of tax dollars by not legalizing it, I think it's just because most of America is so uptight about anything sexual... like sex is the worst of our problems *eyeroll*
I think it should be legalized, government regulated for "customer" safety, and taxed
It will NEVER go away, so they might as well make it safe and turn a profit

The middle east is suppose to be so holy, you guys will not believe how out of hand prostitution is here. I think half of Asia'a female population is here making a living by skrewing the West :)

It's legal in parts of Nevada so I'm not sure why it is illegal unless it's a way of controlling sexually transmitted diseases.
I think it should be legal so they will have to pay taxes like the rest of us who are getting screwed.

You need to get out more, then.

You can catch an STD from anyone who does NOT practice safer sex, not just hookers. You need to get your facts straight.

Because there is still some morality left in our country.
Many people have said things about how we can't stop people from doing it, so they should make it legal so the hookers will pay income tax, or some such rubbish, but we must try to stop it. If you don't do anything to stop something you disapprove of, you in effect, approve it.

i think that it should be "supervise"
no matter what we do ..it's still gonna be there....
we should implant a system to help them work in a better situation.....
and help the people that want to get out of it and cant ( because of financial reason or abuse...)
it would be better for everyone to help make a better situation for them to work in then just try to pretend it dosen't exist...

It's legal in certain states, like Nevada. They have brothels there. Its a very lucrative business when you do it right.
