I just turned 36 years old and I feel younger. I also have been told I look only 30. My philosophy is you are as old as you feel and I feel young.

both younger and older. sometimes i feel like a nine year old again but other times i feel a lot older. im 13.

Good for you! I always felt way younger than I actually was, but lately it's starting to sink in and I'm actually feeling my age. It feels pretty good though. I actually feel like a grown up.

i feel older than my age.i didnt take good care of my self when i was younger now that i am in my 30s i am feeling the ill effects.
