GO TO BED!!! Teenagers must have 9 1/2 hours to 10 hours sleep per night -- every night !!! If you "have to see something " on TV that night -- tape it and play it back when it's not sleep time!!!

They can be inherited from your parents. Or you could not be getting enough sleep. Try places more pillows under your head when you sleep so you aren't lying flat this can keep fluid from settling around your eye area. Cold cucumber slices are an old trick and i also love to take 2 chamomile tea bags, soak them in a bowl of ice water and then I place them on my eyes for a few minutes. It works! Some people swear Preparation H takes away puffiness just don't put it too close to your eye. You could also try a good eye cream. A concealer that has a yellow tone to it will counteract the dark. One that is slightly lighter than your skin tone will have a brightening effect.

Do you get enough sleep?
I hope so because at your age you need it. Your body is revving up for a long somewhat tough road so please get the rest you need. As for the "bags", try some cold tea bags(like Earl Grey or Red Rose)or even cucumbers in the morning. Use a good moisturizer (with some sort of SPF in it), the skin under your eyes is so thin. You really need to do that mornings and nights. Drink plenty of water all the time too. It's super good for your skin.
Sweet Dreams sweetie!
P.S.: If you're aloud to where make up(God knows I wasn't at your age) you can use a Yellow concealer for the dark areas.

This mean's you need to get more sleep. Some people have the right face shape for bag's but this probally isnt the case. When it's bed time actually go to sleep. You will appreciate it when you get to school the next day. The best you can do is to put some concealer on your eyes in the morning to remove the darkness.
Good Luck!;)

It could be lack of sleep, especially if the skin is puffy as well as darker.
The skin is very thin around the eyes and so the blood can be seen easlily. This is genetic and there is nothing you do about it.
I got self conscience about mine about 6 months ago, but noticed that if I look at my face in the mirror in the bathroom they're pretty promennant, yet any other mirror they cant be seen. It was just the harsh light in the bathroom making the problem seems worse than it was.

They result in not very much sleep, usually. But the skin under your eyes is very thin so.. I have them [not as dark as they used to be, thank goodness] and I put on "All About Eyes" from Clinique. In the meantime, you can use concealer to diminish them.

Bags under your eyes are cause by many things. It could be lack of sleep, or even stress. You can get rid of them by sleeping more, or relaxing. You can even place cucumber slices on your eye lids.

You probably do need to sleep more, there's an excuse for a lie-in during the school holidays and at weekends!
