Nah they's just jealous that you can drive like that and they can't!
Just like people are jealous that the voices talk to me and not them!

If it has happened while you have been driving and you know that you piss people off then I would agree that you need to re-evaluate your driving style.

I would take it as a compliment. When you get flipped off it means they are mad that they don't have the skills you do and they are jealous. lol
