I noticed that Hilary Clinton uses Yahoo! Answers, but as a jonny-foreigner, I'd like to ask Hilary Clinton her view on some foreign policy. How can I do that either on Yahoo! or any other way?

Don't you know Hillary does not answer questions from anyone. She just makes speeches and asks question. She want to know what the people of America think.
Hillary's opinion follows the polls and popular opinion. She refuses to admit how she really feels on certain issues.

Dear Penthouse, For the record I have had the honor and pleasure of seeing and meeting Mrs.Clinton and Chelsea as well, during my tour with DHS (since retired). I must say these two ladies are of outstanding quality as well as smart and outgoing that you will ever meet or come to know, and I am so proud to know that one is running to be our next President. My question is that, Donald Trump has a Hotel in Las Vegas, however the state of Nevada from what I am to understand will not grant him a casino license. Does this also relate as to why he will not release his tax return because of his reputation for not paying taxes and the state of Nevada has rejected him for this reason ??

Make a big enough campaign contribution and she will let you ask her anything.
If she has a townhall meeting and you can get into it, then you would have an opportunity to ask her a question (if it is chosen).
I have not gone to her website, but that might be another way to ask her or you could write her a letter. In both cases, I would not expect her to answer. Someone on her staff would probably answer your question and it would be a very general answer.
