Journeys is a great Converse shop. Also, there is a place in South County St. Louis that Im trying to think of the name for, I got a pair for $20. Ill post it in a minute. Im sure there are more store locations than that.

Try looking on the interent. Websites such as Ebay often resale new items for cheap prices.
If you want to try a store, perhaps a large chain such as Tj Maxx, Winners, Marshalls may carry that name brand
