oh wow, doesn't your back hurt? neck? shoulders?

as long as you don't have back pain, try a good push up or minimizer bra.

other than that nothin but surgery.

Well, you should wear a bra as long as is comfortable, it'll her support your "girls". Also, try to maintain your weight. Gaining or losing even a few pounds will cause them to sag more over time. And you can do pec exercises to bulk up the muscles that support your breasts.

Hmmm you could try doing exercises for your pecs. There are many weight lifting machines (at the gym) out there that work that area. But if you're not a gym person I suppose you could try something like push ups.

It is a myth that bra's keep them firm. The best you can do is avoid weight change and breastfeeding

wear a sports bra to keep them up... and go to the gym and do that weight machine for the upper chest.
