The International Space Station uses UTC (sometimes called GMT). This has the advantage that it is 1/2 way between the time in Houston and in Moscow, where most of the astronauts come from.

Breakfast is about 7:30 am, lunch at 1:00 pm, and dinner at 7:15 pm. But they change it around sometimes.
