Go to a scrap yard, be plenty od Corsa in there , you can pick one up from £15 - £60 2nd hand

i don't know about exact cost as this varies slightly from place to place, car to car. i'm taking a guess here and reckon it'll cost around £40 for the alternator and should be an hour's labour providing its easy to get to.

you can get alternators from most car dismantlers, simply take the old one (or drive the car there) and show them then they'll know exactly what one to look for.

You will get one on ebay andv they are not a problem to fit,any one with a slight bit of machanical knowledge can do it for you.
