My fiance' knew I was freezing, so I got in a hot shower...he comes in and turns it to cold...not once, twice. He constatly pokes me in the side because he knows how much I hate it and laughs...I need to get him back, but I don't want to hurt him, our property, or ruin anything, but i really wanna get him when he least expects it!

Try the following ridiculous things,
Plastic wrap under the toilet seat, sneak into his car and turn the fan, radio all the way up and wipers on (should scare him when he starts it.) or my daughter's fave:
Wrap a rubber band around the kitchen sink sprayer- when he turns on the water it will hit him.
Switch the salt & the sugar if he likes coffee with sugar.
Good luck, that little dork deserves it.
EDITED TO ADD- I assume this is all in good fun, and I am confident that if he were really taking it too far you'd speak to him. "Adult" doesn't have to mean "technically dead" either- I still get a kick out of aggravating my husband & kids so we all have a laugh from time to time. No harm done.

It sounds as if you are escalating a war between teh two of you and this can only lead to no good.
You NEED to open an adult dialog with him so that the two of you can come to an agreement. Pranks are fine as long as there is no physical pain or displeasure. Pokes in the side, cold water in a shower,...what's next, perhaps a poke in the eye with a sharp stick?
If you want this to end, deal with it as an adult. Rationally and open and above board. Leave the pranks to the junior high school kids.

i think the combo approach is good --
try the rubber band on the sink faucet or the wipers radio heater on the car -- then tell him -- "you know, it was kind of fun to do that to your car, but really we need to go to a more trusting level. I don't want you to XXXXXX any more and I promise I won't "retaliate" any more."
But really, poking, physical stuff can be a sign that a man wants more control, and so you need to monitor the reaction carefully. If he blows up or gets physical you will have to leave.
You could also consult a couples counselor about how to communucate more maturely. But the sink sprayer sounds fun!

Those answers by Simply_Renee were good ones. But if you really wanna get him, you got to sneak a double dose of ExLax (in brownies or something) before he goes to work...not only will it get him good, he will be forced to "funk up" a bathroom at work and maybe the people there will have a good laugh at him. Or slip some Ipecac in his drink. uncontrollable throwing up will ensue, so that could be messy around the house.
