What i can i do when my engine emits lot of heat as if am doing a 5 hrs journey.?

considering the fact that my car has a radiator with 2 fans in africa

Let it rest and try removing the thermostat. The thermostat could be frozen not allowing the radiator fluid to circulate thru the block.

you could pop the bonnet thereby increasing air intake under the bonnet. or alternatively just take the bonnet off - cant get much more air to it than that ! dust might be a problem though ! ! !

Bring water with you and splash it on the radiator.
