Find out why the drug trade from South America and elsewhere has not been affected by the increased spending to protect our boarders. Correct that problem

Everyone from 18 to 24 not in college with passing grades goes into the military.

Everyone on Welfare would have to do comunity service three days a week.

Hospitals would have to justify their high cost of medical care.

Corperation would need to explain to me why they are having the worst year on record yet paying their CEOs and such seven figure bonuses.

Commericals that actually do something on TV, community awareness or what have you.

Cigerette companies that have to sepnd money telling the world how much they care while still pushing and making cigerettes would be shut down for being hipocritical.

Car companies would not be allowed to invest in oil companies.

No more research grants for cancer or AIDs research, nope, instead the company that comes up with a cure gets 1 billion dollars, when they have a cure (not a treatment, but a cure) that costs less then one thousand dollars.

Cut all the laws and make one list.

I have so much more but I think its time to call it a day :-)


I wanted to say that the vast majority of my changes would be USA bound only. The rest of the world I would try to get rulers that are calm, and kind, then have them place other like minded people into power.

I would hope that by changing things like a total reliance on oil we could get farms going that would fuel vehicles as well as feed people.

Get a couple desalination planets going to help with water needs world wide.

Get some birth control going in some of the over populated portions of the world where they can't even feed the young they have much less the ones they are creating.

Also making it a requirement that everyone that is about gives blood a couple times a year- at least twice. A shortage on blood is a serious thing in some areas of the world.

The most serious and more the likely worst thing I would do is offer criminals this- we will allow you to take a death penalty sentence right now, and in exchange your family will get 10% of the month predicted to care for you while the other 90% would go to education and such. This might reduce repeat offenses and might help the rest of us out.

Like I said- its the worst because people would die, course I would shed only a few to no tears for criminals.

I would seperate the whole world into grids and everyone would have to form allegiances and tribes and then after an alotted time of resource gathering I would allow them to begin either negotiating, battling, or bartering for the land, resources, and people. then when a group has the majority they are declared the winner and we dismantle the rules and if we have a diverse enough group we re-divide and start over....

If anyone ever one that game it would be epic.

I'd harden airports before the outflow of enlightened citizens began.

I'd flood the Internet with porn, humor, visual offerings and distracting spectacular events just prior to Martial Law.

I'd structure financial restraints to control the gradual panic of the planned housing and equity market collapse.

I'd record all communication for forensic post-genocide studies.
