Studies have proven that people who take a short (20-30 min) nap in the afternoon are more alert and more productive in the workplace. Many well know companies are encouraging employees to nap in a specially adapted "lounge" just for that purpose. Mexican General Santa Anna required his troops to take a nap. Even in the middle of a battle. Some fought while the others napped and vice versa.

it truly is the sensation of a spirit that has joined with you while you have been dozing. think of of artwork depicting the saints and their halos (spirits), and you will comprehend this phenomena. once you next have a headache, carry an open and comfortable surrender, yet not touching your head. you're able to have the flexibility to experience a tingling sensation, that stands out as the spirit in query.

You know there's a study that shows a quick 30 min nap can promote productivity in the work place. It also gives you energy to finish the day, so your work should mandate naptime if they want to promote productivity and energy among its workers. Just my opinion.
