no.. there is nothing to destroy.. the energy from the "weapon" would be pulled into the black hole.. you have to remember black hole created every star.. every solar system... you are talking about destroying the greatest power that we currently know of.. a black hole can eat stars.. if to black hole come in contact.. the join together.. there is nothing more powerful that we have seen..
once a gas cloud gets to heavy and becomes a black hole it starts to pull in all the gases around it... these gases start to move at a high rate of speed and are pushed together so tightly that they "catch fire" and cab cause other stars (novas)to be born. resulting in and explosion of other stars to be born... this explosion and the black holes "eatting"everything it can get is hands on starts a "push" of a sorts away from the black hole... soon the newly developed stars get out of the reach of the black hole and it will stop feeding for awhile.... or at least until something gets to close... nothing can destroy one... I dont know about "starving" one

You cannot "Blow Up" a black hole. Any mass or radiation thrown at a black hole would simply be absorbed, increasing it's mass.
It's thought that a black hole, if small enough, can blow up all on it's own. If the Hawking radiation produced is higher than the galactic background radiation, then it's possible for it to start losing net mass through this radiation. As it loses mass, the Hawking radiation will increase in intensity. At some point this process accelerates to a point it appear to be an EXTREMELY violent explosion, converting all remaining mass into energy. The amount of energy produced is not close to that of a star or certainly not a Nova, so it can't be used to destroy a planet, star, solar system, or galaxy.

A weapon that could destroy a galaxy would require the mass of an entire galaxy to produce the energy needed. As far as a black hole is concerned, it would require the manipulation of another black hole that is larger. The question is where do you put it, in your back pocket?

No, a black hole is protected by an event horizon, where time stops. No weapon can penetrate the point where time stops.
Also, matter and energy can neither be created nor destroyed, so no weapon could destroy a galaxy either, which is composed of matter and energy.

nicely you may think of a trampoline and interior the middle of the trampoline you place a bowling ball, so as quickly as the ball is in place the textile of the trampoline will warp/bend, now think of that the black hollow is the bowling ball because of the fact it is so heavy, now think of that the textile of the trampoline is fairly like the textile of area that could bend once you place some thing heavy on it. A black hollow is the same way that's barely potential and the greater potential the greater mass it has, and the greater mass it has the greater it is going to bend area, in case you have been to place a marble on the trampoline together as the bowling ball is interior the middle then the marble could fall in direction of the bowling ball via bending of the trampolines fabric and that's how a black hollow works. Yea a black hollow could be any length definitely whether it relies upon on the mass/potential , the whole universe started as a singularity now how is that for suggestions blowing huh haha im happy to make certain youngsters so enthusiastic approximately technology. p.s there are billions of tiny quantum black holes that come into lifestyles each and every fraction of a 2d, yet do not complication they don't final long and that they could in no way wreck the earth because of the fact of their potential.

#1: Impossible in every way, shape, and form to make a weapon to destroy a galaxy
#2: No matter what you throw at a black hole, once it gets too close, the stuff changes and gets torn apart

nope. nothing can escape a black hole, it will just suck up the energy from the blast. the galaxy will be gone, but the black hole will stay.
