I agree 100% with your observations. I also hate it when the explination has all those stupid test messaging abbreviations. That isn't bad enough, but then they try to be cute and don't use punctuation or capital letters to start a sentence. Basically they end up with one really, really long sentence that you have to try and decipher.

I totally agree with you. I think the reason why there are so many short, snippy answers is because people are so vague on their questions. I genuinely try to answer peoples questions because I think they are sincere and want to know an answer but when they ask a question with a few details they get a snippy answer. Maybe people will read your question and go more into detail with their question and then we can help them. And I wish more people would use spell check! It is there -- use it!! Thank you!

Yes. I try to be professional in my answers and help these people but it is hard when you only get a partial description of the problem. "My drain is clogged". What drain? Each house drain has a different solution for fixing it. Sometimes I just skip those questions because I am not here just for the points.

I agree 100% with you. I check in alot of catergories like health, and pets and people do it there to. I get frustrated with them too I mean if you want a complete and truly helpful answer you have to be more clear and detailed with the questions. It is also annoying when these people misspell stuff so bad that your sitting saying to yourself ??WHAT??. So no it's not just you. Hang in there and keep helping those who know how to really ask a question. Thanks.
