The required courses vary by school.
In general, one year of biology, chemistry, organic chemistry, and physics. One semester of anatomy, physiology, economics, public speaking, and calculus. There are also some general education credits.
PCAT is a percentile exam, and so, anything greater than 70 is considered competitive.
You don't have to worry about pharmacology until you are in pharmacy school.

I can't answer any of your questions, but I definitely want to say
"Go get 'em!" in regard to pursuing that career. Straight out of college, you make $110k a year (working at Walgreens or Wal-Mart!). Basically, all you have to do is count out pills, and explain people's insurance policies to them (because most people are stupid, and can't figure out such things for themselves).

I'm about to graduate with a degree in Computer Science, and I plan to turn right back around and get into Pharmacy. It's a lot of school (6 years versus the usual 4), but it is SO worth it.
