Sometimes you can tell by looking at their left ring finger for a wedding ring or tan line from one, but not really reliable. I don't like to wear my wedding ring to work as the gloves catch on the diamond and it rips holes in the gloves. Men come in flirting and hitting on me and I make comments about my children (hint hint), but to some men, attached or married doesn't matter. I work so many long hours that by the time I get home, I only have a couple of hours to wear my ring and take it off before bed and despite being married for 17 yrs, I still havent developed the tell-tale sign.

You dont spent the night with them. You dont know any of his/her married friends, you dont meet the family, you only go out to places where your not in public or far from his or her place or work and living. You only get a cell number. not a home number or address. many more but not enought time to list

well, for the most part, you can easily spot the wedding ring on their finger
if they are sneaky and aren't wearing it you can see a tan line where the ring would be and then you should ask them cause you never know they could just be divorced and not sneaky...but then again if they are sneaky, you still won't know cause they could be lying when they say they're divorced !!!!
Better yet...if you have your suspicions, go with it and steer clear

If married they wont be as available as you would like them to be, if attached they will be too available.

You ask them,or look to see if they have a ring?!But you can never know for sure,well at least at first!!

Get to know them well before getting deeply involved. Meet their friends, go to their apartment, get their home phone number-not cell number.
