My girlfriend told me last night that she's a werewolf.
I believe that she believes she's a werewolf.
Should I be worried for her health or sanity?
Is it not a big deal?
Suppose a part of me believes her, is there any danger to me?
Where can I find "Werewolfism 101"?

It really depends on what she meant. If she believes that she's actually a werewolf as portrayed in the media, you may have reason to worry for her as she may suffer from lycanthropy- a mental illness.
However, there are many who believe themselves to be werecreatures in a spiritual or mental sense. Many of these people also call themselves therians. If this is what she meant, there would be no more danger to you than there would be from any other person.
You should ask her to tell you what she meant- for her to explain it to you better. If you have any more questions, you can email me and I'll try to answer them to the best of my ability. For now, you should just try to learn more from her and see what more she's got to say.

If she truly believes she is a werewolf she needs mental help. You need to help her. There are so many different beliefs about lycanthropy, that you will get so many variations the only thing that seems to remain constant is the affliction to silver, and that they are aligned to the different phases of the moon. Dude people who think things like this could be just messing around to see how you will act, or they could really be having mental issues. If she is having mental issue you could very well be in danger. Get her some help, unless you can get her to say she was just playing.
you can be sure is in either form a werewolf would not be able to handle silver in thier hands or anywhere on thier flesh. hand her a real silver fork, or something, then you can tell her she a wacko...hehehe

Werewolves will see the sign of the pentagram in the palm of their next victim.
She is fine until the full moon.
To Kill a werewolf use silver bullets. A cross may be used to keep them at bay, but will not kill them.
Spend the night with her some night on a full moon and ask her why she didn't change. (If you can't be with her, call her when the moon is full. If she answers without howling.....well....)
Or better yet, proclaim her healed from her malady, thus allowing her to keep her dignity about it all.
