Here is one that is pretty easy, if I describe it in a way that makes sense.
1. Dealing left to right deal 21 cards in 3 columns of 7 cards.
2. Have the person pick a card and remember it with out pointing it out. Have him tell you which column it is in.
3. Pick up the columns one at a time in the same order keeping his column in the middle of the other 2.
4. Deal the cards again. Ask what column his card is in. Again pick up the cards with his column in the middle.
5. On the 4th deal his card will be the 11th card.
You can have fun with this and maybe make a little money. On the last deal, deal out to the 15th card. Then bet a buck that the next you turn over is his card. He will think you will be turning the next one from the deck in your hand. When he accepts the bet turn over the 11th card you dealt.

tell someome to pick a card from the deck.
put the deck behind your back and turn the deck upside doen with the card on the top facing down.
tell the person to put the card back in the deck.
put the deck behind your back again and turn the card facing down back to how it was.
find the card that the person put in the deck and ask if it was their card.
