it's your alternator giving out. Buy a new one.

I would look at the dimmer switch for the dashboard lights, but that shouldn't affect the interior lights.
Take it to an auto electric repair shop, they should have you going pretty quick.

The ground wire between the engine and the chassis.

There may be a fuse loose. Check your fuse box.
