My mom takes them everyday, and my little boy wanted one, so she gave him one. I just wondered if it was good for him or not. Thank You

1 chewable vitamin c can't hurt, what the body doesn't need is usually excreted, however a healthy 4 year old child does not need anything other his regular diet and possibly a multivitamin. the extras should not be given unless directed by his pediatrician. be careful that the child doesn't think of this as candy, that could be disastrous. as with all medications and supplements you should always check with your doctor be administering any as well as your mom. although mothers always knows best it's best to know for sure.

Yes they can be, but go out and buy the childrens kind that tastes like candy to them. Go to a grocery store or a pharmacy to buy the tablets. They have: Pooh bear, Flinstones....all different kinds, but make sure you NEVER give little kids the adult kinds chewable or not, only beacuse they can choke on them
Just make sure next time to tell your mom not to give your little boy the kind she takes, they are good, but the ones she may take can be TOO strong for him and can possibly make him sick. Sounds Impossible, but it is possible.
Just go and buy him the childs kind and have one for home and your moms house.

No. Stick with a multi-vitamin. Vitamin C chewables can cause diarrhea in high doses ...& an adult dose for a child is too high. Also its acidic. Tell your mom to brush her teeth afterwards.

One of them won't hurt them, but I would get a child dosed vitamin C for him if you want to continue. Vitamin C is not stored in the body, so you can't overdose on them, but if taken in high doses, can cause diarrhea. It is also a antioxidant and should be given if he doesn't eat enough in his diet. Multivitamins have C in them, but not in good amounts. An extra one when he is sick is good.

If you care for your cat, take her to the vet, If she doesnt sound like shes in immense pain, let her live on. It seems like she is coming near her time now, so perhaps the vet will reccomend her being put to sleep soon, But as long as she is still going strong, I dont think they will. And if your worried about money, then That could result in beaing rather mean to your cat. Anyway, as long as she isnt suffering there is no need for the vet. Many cats have weird meows when they are older, and Blindness just happens with old age with many animals. HOPE I HELPED.

One won't hurt him, but have your mom keep a bottle of chewable children's vitamins at her house so she can give him one of those.

Not regularly and if any just a 1/4 or maybe 1/2. I think kids can get an overload or sick from it.
