It depends on what their position is and if they really are a perfectionist or just think they are.
If the perfectionist is my boss - hate it. If it's a co-worker, I don't mind if they keep quiet about it and just expect perfection of themselves. The worst is the martyr who justifies being a pain-in-the-butt whiner on being a perfectionist.

I don't like working with one.They assume they are always right and try to insist you do things their way even when a real boss tells you how to do something.

I've never been put in this position, but I probably would not like it. I don't feel sorry for people unless they're in need.
