I can't believe that anyone would get a tattoo on their child. I can't even imagine that any tattoo artist would put a tatto on a child that young, no matter how much money they were paid.
That is just sick.

No i didn't hear about it but what in idiot I have tattoos and some of them heard I just can't imagine what the baby must of when that is child abuse what about the mom? was she cool with it.

Tattooing a baby is not considered child abuse. Even though body piercing (usually ear) is more common, Tattooing children is still done.
