You should go see your doctor. You may have had a TIA, or Transient Ischemic Attack, which is sort of a mini-stroke which leaves you temporarily disoriented and confused. Definitely go check it out, though- it could save your llife. My grandma was a lot older than you, but she started experiencing occasional TIAs when she was in her late 70's, and we just sort of wrote it off as age-related confusion, but eventually all those little hits to her brain caught up with her and she had a full-blown stroke at age 80. She lived another 8 years, but was never mobile or independent again. Please go get checked.

This could be various things but sounds neurological- get a check up.
It does sound alot like a simple complex seizure.
Go to www.epilepsyfoundation.org 'answerplace' and read about the symptoms- I actually get 'lost' before I have a grand mal (an aura is a 'simple complex seizure')
TIA's ('transient ischemic attacks' or predecessors to strokes) and strokes themselves also cause confusion.
various other neurological issues also can cause this- as can psychological stress.
some dangerous, some not so.
Please see a doctor just to be on the safe side.

Check your house for mold or mildew, or possibly go to the Doctor and get a check up, may have been a TIA (mini stroke). Not trying to scare you sorry.

Sometimes this can happen. You were probably just tired and needed rest. If it happens again, make an appointment to see the doctor.
Good luck! :)

That's not good. You need to see your doctor. It could be a clot. You don't want to have a full-on stroke, do you?
Call their office NOW.
