The chicken filets are roughly around 4 oz, which is the right portion size for a meat serving.

Just finished eating Southwest salad for the first time.
Totally awesome!!
Just the RIGHT AMOUNT of grilled chicken ( tender and moist) and salad dressing was very light!

Checked out the Nutrition Facts on McDonalds site, and this is right up anyones alley who is dieting!

Southwest Salad w/ grilled chicken 320 calories
Newmans Own Southwest Dressing 100 calories

Perfect size!! Felt totally "satisfied" upon completion!

Good work Mickey D's !!!

Eating more chicken is always better (more protein) just as long as it’s skinless chicken.
You will not feel as hungry later after eating your salad with little chicken but the preference would be yours if you feel you can’t eat it all.

I know some places may not give enough meat and more of everything else.

Just my opinion :)
