My left hip was hurting earlier, like a cramp? But I'm not on my period, and now my left lung area...?

and left breast hurt too. Please whats wrong? Can anyone figure this out?
For like a week, I've had kind of a cramp on the left side of my pelvis and when I pee it hurts really bad there.

With the hip area it could be a pulled muscle, the left lung and breast area could be fitting with something called costochondritis which is an inflammation of the cartilage around the ribcage.

The only way to find out what could be causing all this is to have this situation evaluated by your dr to see what they think is going on.
