i like to leave them in their packages, then put the packages in plastic shoe boxes. they can be stored almost anywhere and the bulbs are safe against breakage. good luck to y ou, grmmynet

If you don't have enough original packages, put the bulbs in old socks (kids or women socks for a tight fit), then store them in a shoe box. You can fit about 10-12 bulbs in a shoe box and with the sock cover, they shouldn't break if they are rattled around.

I leave mine in the package and have several packs in a plastic basket in the storage closet.

Wine boxes , they have the section´s inside so you just pop them in , I use them for keeping the Christmas decoration ball´s in. As they are so easy to break,
