many women have absolutely no side effects... like most of the women I know.
weight change, irritability, sometimes complete loss of periods (which ends when you stop taking the medication), it can make a user's skin better or worse, those are some of the major ones.
plus there's the rare ones like heart attacks, strokes, blood clots and stuff..
most people have to try a few brands/concentrations before they find the one that works best for them. Drs will usually start with the lowest dose possible, because those have the lowest risk.

headache, pain in the lower part of the abdomen sometimes depending on the brand hair loss, weight gain, spots in the skin depression mood swings basically the side effects from being pregnant

Anything from high blood pressure to blood clots, and pulmonary embolism (air in the blood stream)

bad side effects? can cause heart problems, blood clots. dizziness. a few things. but there are good things too. no babies for one. easier to manage monthly's hehe.
