Ugggh. I hear ya! I had a really bad sinus infection during my first pregnancy and I was coughing so bad I thought I would dislodge my baby! All you can do is take Tylenol and Sudafed. Try gargling with salt water. Salt is a natural antiseptic and will help your throat feel better, too.

I hear you! Plus I have a nice sneezing fit every morning. My doctor said it may be the change in the weather. Now that everythng is starting to bloom. If you'd want to get rid of the throat horsness try green tea with honey.(warm of course) Helps me through the day.

Talk to you doctor about it, instead of asking here and don't take any over the counter drugs until you do!
I had a bad cold when I was pregnant and even went to the emergency room, because I had pulled a muscle coughing. I still couldn't take anything for it. The only thing that I was allowed to take was antacids for my heartburn.

Try a humidifier. I'm 15 wks and have sinus drainage too. I try to keep the air humidified and it helps. If you are really worried, call your doctor for more specific advice.

although i am not pregnant right now , i still know what you are going thru. Ask your doc if you can take some plain robitussin ( the expectorant kind) . My Dr let me take sudafed when i was preg and it took the edge off.
