We used a certain kind of condom before and I never bled, then we switched to a differnt kind (same brand, differnt type) and I don' bleed when we have sex without a condom...but it's scary and gross....could it be the brand of condom?

Some people have an allergy to latex, however, I don't think that would cause any bleeding. Maybe you are not lubricating enough? If you switched to a condom that is lubricated and didn't bleed, perhaps that was your problem. In any event, bleeding during intercourse is not normal, you should see your gyno.

i used to get a really bad rash down there if the condom wasn't water based try that or go back to the old kind

You could be allergic to the condom or he was rougher than you realized.

the new type of condom might be rougher so it might cause mirco tearing of your skin which you can't feel.

could be, i would contact your gyno. It could possibly be an allergic reaction.
